All meat used in our restaurants is fully traceable from farm to fork. We have a long standing relationship with our meat and steak suppliers and their teams to ensure our steaks are of the highest quality steaks. We source fruit and vegetables from the UK when produce is in season. We have strict controls in place to ensure that all suppliers are working to high standards of food quality, safety and environmental management. We source our produce from many different suppliers in the UK, Europe and Globally. You won’t find any of the following nasties in our food: Genetically modified ingredients, artificial trans-fat, MSG or any food colours associated with hyperactivity in children In the cases where palm oil is required for our products, we’ve ensured that the palm oil used is from sustainable sources. Where possible we have removed palm oil from our products. ![]() We have a Sustainable Fishing Policy in place which is used to guide us to using the most sustainable products available. Every step of the journey from catch to delivery has been audited to ensure that the product is sustainable. ![]() All fish served in our restaurant has been caught from a certified sustainable fishery. ![]()
